The Green Tourism Criteria will be the basis for guiding tourism businesses in the area to apply environmentally friendly solutions, improve service quality and promote the image of Vinh Long as dynamic, green - clean - beautiful.
At the same time, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism coordinated to organize sports activities, from grassroots sports competitions to the 10th Provincial Sports Festival, both creating a vibrant atmosphere and promoting a healthy lifestyle, contributing to the propaganda of the Congress.
These activities also raise public awareness of sustainable tourism, cultural heritage conservation, and at the same time promote the tourism and sports industry to become important economic and cultural sectors of the province.
