Ho Chi Minh City - Vung Tau Ward mobilizes business establishments to allow tourists to use available toilets in a friendly and free manner during the end-April holiday.

On April 23, Vung Tau Ward People's Committee (HCMC) issued a document to agencies and units organizing the implementation of mobilizing business establishments, restaurants, hotels... to participate in providing free toilets for tourists in the area during the Hung Kings Commemoration Day and the April 30 - May 1 holiday.

In which, encouraging facilities to voluntarily open existing toilets to serve tourists for free. At the same time, install "Free Toilet/Free Toilet" signs in easy-to-observe locations. The implementation process ensures cleanliness, ventilation, creating a good impression for tourists about service quality.

Vung Tau Ward People's Committee also assigned the Management Board of 42 neighborhoods to strengthen propaganda and mobilize business households to participate; promptly record and commend well-performing units and support the removal of difficulties if arising.

Assign the Economic Infrastructure and Urban Department to mobilize socialization of the installation of signboards, and at the same time integrate the locations of free toilets into digital maps to facilitate tourists to look up. Assign the Public Service Supply Center to promote communication, introduce free toilet service points, public toilets and destinations in the ward for people and tourists to know and easily look up.

According to Vung Tau Ward People's Committee, in the past time, the locality has been an attractive destination, attracting a large number of domestic and foreign tourists, especially during holidays. Therefore, the implementation of the above activities will promote the spirit of the community, improve service quality, and at the same time contribute to building the image of Vung Tau as a friendly, civilized, clean and beautiful destination with rich humanity.
