Thanks to the construction of diverse tours and tourist routes, the number of visitors to Yên Bái has increased steadily over the years. Specifically, in the first 7 months of 2024, the total number of domestic and international tourists visiting Yên Bái is estimated to be 1,445,395; the revenue from tourism activities is estimated to be 11.83 billion VND, up 26.6% from the same period in 2023.

It is projected that in 2024, Yên Bái will strive to welcome 1.7 million domestic and international tourists, including 300,000 international tourists; the revenue from tourism activities will reach 15 billion VND.
