Vu Minh Quang (25 years old, Hanoi) began his dream trip on an early day in May. He and a friend took a trip across Vietnam in an "old-fashioned" Dream car but the content contained many memories.
This journey starts from the capital Hanoi, stopping in Ninh Binh, Nghe An, Hue, Quang Tri, Binh Dinh through Nha Trang. After nearly 2 days of exploring Quy Nhon (Binh Dinh), the two young men continued their journey to Nha Trang, planning to consider this a short stop, taking a break in the evening to continue their journey the next morning.

However, at around 7:30 a.m. on May 17, Mr. Quang discovered that his car had gone missing: "At that time, my friend and I left the hotel room to prepare for breakfast. Discovering that the car was not seen in front of the sidewalk, I quickly reported to the hotel manager to extract the surveillance camera and learned that the car had been stolen at dawn, at 3:45 am".
Hoang was shocked because it was the first time such a large amount of property had been stolen in his life. Mr. Quang felt that he seemed unable to face the truth and wanted to hide in a quiet corner to think clearly and find a way to solve it.
"I have been traveling with the car for more than 9 years, traveling more than 100,000 km, bonsai on many routes across the North such as from Hanoi to Lao Cai for nearly 2 weeks, running through the vast fields in Thai Binh, climbing steep slopes at the top of Phuong Hoang... The car is identified by a heart-shaped national flag at the front of the car and behind it is a carrying port", Mr. Quang shared.

After asking the hotel to extract the camera, the male tourist also went to the police of Loc Tho ward to report the incident and provide detailed information to the police. After 4 days, Mr. Quang received a call from the ward police requesting to provide more images of the car registration certificate to transfer the case to the provincial police to investigate. In addition, he has not received any new information.
At the same time, he also revealed his story on his personal page and in groups. Hundreds of shares have given the young man more comfort and help, connecting directly in Nha Trang to find the car. Up to now, he has not found his car.
Perhaps no one would have wanted such a surprise event on their dream trip. Quang himself also tried to stay calm to find the most thorough solutions. While waiting for the results, the male tourist and his companion decided to take a bus to Da Lat and temporarily rent a motorbike in the locality.

Having gone through 15 provinces and cities, despite the incident, the two guys decided not to leave their dream trip across Vietnam unfinished. He plans to ask relatives to move another motorbike from Hanoi to Da Lat to continue the journey if he cannot find the motorbike.
He said: "If the car is found, I will of course run back to Nha Trang. If I lose everything, I will aim for an agreement so that the hotel can compensate. Many people have also been stolen here, reflecting the really bad security here. We plan to end the journey in the middle of next month because the traffic incident has affected time, finances and will have to leave many locations to keep up with the plan to return to Hanoi to work".
