The tournament was organized by the Quang Ninh Provincial Motorcycle - Cycling Federation in coordination with the Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, to celebrate the Yen Tu - Vinh Nghiem - Con Son - Kiep Bac Monument Complex recognized by UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage.
The tournament has 412 athletes from 55 bicycle clubs in 18 provinces and cities across the country.
Athletes compete in 10 individual events and 10 team events of the two school bicycle and mountain bicycle systems.
Athletes competed on a nearly 40km long route, starting from the gate of the Tran Dynasty Relic Site (Dong Trieu Ward), passing through many typical historical and cultural relics such as An Sinh Temple, Trung Tiet Temple, Thai Temple of the Tran Dynasty, the Mausoleum of the Tran Kings; crossing the landscapes of Da Chong Mountain, Ho Thien Temple, Am Hoa Pagoda... before finishing at the Ha Kieu Bus Station intersection, part of the Yen Tu Special National Monument.

Through the race, it contributes to promoting the image of Yen Tu - Ngoa Van in the connection with Con Son - Kiep Bac and Vinh Nghiem, gradually building a chain of unique cultural, sports and tourism destinations rich in human values.
The race is also a festival to connect the community, create a healthy playground for the cycling movement, encourage physical exercise, attract the participation of clubs, people and tourists.
At the end of the tournament, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes to athletes and groups with outstanding achievements.
