The festival takes place from July 25 to August 3 with many unique cultural and artistic activities. The performance program and booths imbued with Vietnamese tradition will be closer to the Russian public through this event.

Every day, there are 2 traditional art performances, puppets, water puppets with the theme "Tropical music", especially on weekends, it increases to 3 performances to meet the needs of Russian people to learn and admire Vietnamese culture.
The festival also attracted the attention of Russian people when introducing and performing Vietnamese ao dai with the theme "Hanoi - 12 flower seasons" by designer Vu Viet Ha.

In addition, Vietnamese lacquer products with the theme "Son Garden - Tropical Colors" have helped Russian people better understand the unique cultural features of Vietnam.
The photo exhibition space "Vietnam, the Fatherland, the People" with 40 photos by photographers brings majestic natural landscapes and the beauty of Vietnamese people throughout the 10 days of the festival.

Visitors are also excited to learn about Vietnamese cuisine, with the highlight being introduced to Hanoi green rice and how to make green rice products by culinary artist Anh Tuyet.
The festival also has a space for interaction of traditional Vietnamese musical instruments with the T' run, K'Longput with many artists interacting and guiding Russian people to experience playing musical instruments.
