According to Ms. Pham Kim Dung - Chairwoman of the contest, this year's scoring process took place with great pressure, the judging panel met many times until 2:30 am to analyze and consider each case. Not only based on the performance on stage, the organizers also consulted opinions from the audience, the accompanying team and the judges before making a final decision.
One of the notable factors is recognition from the contestants themselves. In closed-door interviews, about 40-50% of contestants predicted Phuong Oanh would be crowned. According to Ms. Pham Kim Dung, this shows respect and appreciation from those who directly accompanied her throughout the journey.
Overall, Phuong Oanh is assessed to have many outstanding factors. The beauty born in 2003 possesses a balanced appearance, calm, mature demeanor and good academic background when graduating from the National Economics University, achieving IELTS 7.5 and HSK 3. This is an important advantage to represent Vietnam in the international arena.

In particular, after the Top 3's Q&A session, the judges simultaneously voted to choose Phuong Oanh. According to the assessment from the professional council, her answers showed clear thinking, the ability to convey coherent messages and stage presence.
From a judge's perspective, Ha Kieu Anh said that Phuong Oanh is a comprehensive contestant, meeting all criteria for beauty, skills and qualities. She scored points thanks to her harmonious beauty, ideal height, and confident, professional demeanor on stage.
Meanwhile, Luong Thuy Linh emphasized that the Top 3 results are a combination of a long process, not just depending on the final performance. The judging panel has followed and evaluated contestants throughout many months to have a comprehensive view.
Sharing more, Tran Tieu Vy highly appreciated Phuong Oanh's efforts and bravery. According to her, the Hanoi beauty maintained stable form, while shining at the right time in the final night with a clear "beauty queen aura".
Regarding opinions that some contestants have better foreign language skills, representatives of the organizing committee affirmed that English is not the only decisive factor. The contest promotes thinking, identity and a comprehensive training process.
