On December 1, the Association of People with Disabilities, People of Orange Skin Victims, People's Support for the Disabled and Children's Rights Protection of Quang Tri province organized the "UPRACE 2025" community running race.
The tournament was launched simultaneously at Vo Nguyen Giap High School for the Gifted (Dong Hoi Ward) and Cua Viet Secondary and High School (Cua Viet Commune) with the message "+1 step,+1 meaningful journey".
Immediately after the opening ceremony, athletes who are students, teachers and members of the running clubs in the area started, followed the prescribed distances and recorded the results via mobile devices.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhu Quynh - President of Quang Binh Runners Club - shared that UPRACE is always one of the meaningful activities that the runner community in the province looks forward to every year.
Today, participating in the response race in Quang Tri, I clearly feel the excitement and connection of everyone. For runners, each distance is not only a personal effort but also a practical contribution to the community, especially when those distance are converted into a source of support for social organizations" - Ms. Quynh said.
This year, Quang Binh Runners Club is very happy because the running movement in Quang Tri is growing strongly, many young people and new clubs are participating more enthusiastically.

She believes that UPRACE 2025 will continue to spread the spirit of healthy living, beautiful living, while encouraging everyone to maintain sustainable exercise habits. Hopefully, from activities like this, the Binh Tri Thien runner community will become more and more united and create more positive values for society.
UPRACE 2025 is organized to encourage health training and raise funds to support social organizations participating in the program through the form of converting valid money for each km run.
All funds will be transferred to humanitarian addresses and disadvantaged areas in the area, contributing to ensuring social security.
At the running spots, the Organizing Committee also launched a campaign to support people affected by natural disasters and floods in the Central - Central Highlands.
