The Olympic Running Day for Public Health is organized by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee with the support of Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Sacombank).
This event not only marks the 79th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Physical Education and Sports Industry and Uncle Ho's Day of writing the article "Physical Education and Health" (March 27, 1946 - March 27, 2025), but also demonstrates the determination to improve public health through sports activities.

The 2025 Olympic Run is one of the key events within the framework of the campaign "All people exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho" and the "Health to establish a career and protect the country" movement.
This is an opportunity to encourage people to participate in physical exercise, thereby raising awareness of protecting personal and community health.

At the event, Mr. Tran The Thuan - Director of the Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City read the words "Calling all people to exercise" of President Ho Chi Minh and emphasized Uncle Ho's shining example in practicing physical exercise every day. This is also an opportunity for the city to affirm the strength of community solidarity and demonstrate its commitment to implementing Uncle Ho's teachings on health training.


The 2025 Olympic Run is organized with 2 2km and 4.5km routes, passing through the city's central routes. Thousands of participants include students, civil servants, the elderly, armed forces soldiers, along with many other businessmen, artists and outstanding individuals.
