On August 8, at Ho Chi Minh City Book Street, Saigon Business Magazine and the Ho Chi Minh City Tennis - Pickleball Federation signed a cooperation agreement to deploy grassroots sports activities in the business world, focusing on two sports: tennis and pickleball.
The cooperation agreement aims to develop the movement of training, competition, and organization of grassroots sports tournaments for businesses in Ho Chi Minh City. In addition, the two sides will coordinate to organize professional seminars, share technical knowledge and gradually bring tournaments into the city's sports movement system.
The Ho Chi Minh City Tennis - Pickleball Federation is responsible for professional responsibilities, including technical guidance, developing tournament regulations, arranging referees and supporting the organization. At the same time, the federation also coordinated to introduce competition locations, technical personnel and support the invitation of athletes and sponsorships.
Saigon Business Magazine is responsible for coordinating the organization, communication and mobilization of businesses to participate in the tournament.
The cooperation document is valid for 5 years. During this period, the two sides will coordinate to organize all grassroots tournaments related to tennis and pickleball for the business community in Ho Chi Minh City.
The first tournament is scheduled to take place in October 2025, called the "first Ho Chi Minh City Business - Business Tennis and Pickleball Tournament".
The tennis event will be held in Binh Duong ward, while the pickleball event will take place in Vung Tau ward.
