Universities join hands with high-quality human resource training enterprises

The cooperation between higher education institutions and businesses is an inevitable trend in training and developing high-quality human resources for the country.

On the afternoon of August 25, 2025, the Vietnam Women's Academy held a signing ceremony for cooperation agreements with many businesses and associations.

This is an important event marking a new step forward in strengthening the connection between schools and businesses, opening up many learning, internship and job opportunities for students.

Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Quang Tien - Director of the Vietnam Women's Academy emphasized that training closely linked to practice is an inevitable trend. Cooperating with businesses helps the Academy adjust its curriculum to be closer to the requirements of society, while affirming its commitment to accompanying students in their journey of studying, researching and starting a business.

"Today's signing is an important bridge for students to study together, experience and practice in a real professional environment" - Mr. Tien said and affirmed that this cooperation not only brings benefits to students, but also creates a connection channel for businesses to access young human resources, be trained systematically, creatively and enthusiastically.

Representing the participating enterprises, Mr. Bui Trung Kien - Vice President of the Vietnam E-commerce Association emphasized the importance of developing digital trade in the context of the digital economy becoming a key driving force of the country.

Mr. Kien said that in the digital age, the application of technology and development of e-commerce is not only a trend, but an inevitable requirement for businesses to survive and develop.

To do so, we need a generation of digital citizens - those who are not only knowledgeable, but also have creative thinking, flexible technology application skills and the ability to adapt to continuous changes in the market.

Cooperation between the Association and businesses in general and the Vietnam Women's Academy is how we create a new generation of human resources - dynamic, professional, ready to start up and integrate internationally.

"This is the social responsibility of the enterprise, and also an opportunity for us to seek and nurture young talents, accompanying the sustainable development of the Vietnamese digital economy" - Mr. Kien emphasized.

The signing ceremony took place with many cooperation rounds between the Academy and businesses in diverse fields: Technology, e-commerce, communications, human resources software, logistics, to hotels - services.

This event is not only an important milestone for the Vietnam Women's Academy, but also demonstrates the social responsibility of businesses when joining hands to train and develop human resources for the country.
