On July 18, Thanh Dong University (Hai Phong City) held a meeting and worked directly with the delegation of Liuzhou University of Technology (China), marking a new step forward in international cooperation between the two schools.
This is an important event, following the previously held online signing ceremony, demonstrating the determination of Thanh Dong University in expanding the network of partners, aiming at the goal of intensively internationalising higher education.
The meeting was attended by Associate Professor, Dr. Le Van Hung - Chairman of the University Council, Principal of Thanh Dong University; Dr. Nguyen Thi Hoa Ly - Vice Principal; MSc. Nguyen Van Nam - Vice Principal with representatives of the leaders of departments and professional offices. Leading the delegation of Lieu Ninh University of Technology and Technology was Mr. Ma Xiuquan - Principal of the school and members of the working delegation.
In the spirit of friendly cooperation, the two sides discussed and agreed to implement a comprehensive cooperation program in four strategic areas:
Co-develop and implement international training programs in line with development needs and integration trends;
Organize international scientific seminars, annual academic exchanges;
Cooperate in research in the fields of engineering - technology - environment, prioritizing practical issues, towards application solutions;
Create favorable conditions for the exchange of lecturers, students and credit recognition between the two schools.
Speaking at the meeting, Associate Professor, Dr. Le Van Hung emphasized: This is an important step forward in the internationwide education strategy of Thanh Dong University. We believe that cooperation with Lieu Ninh University of Technology and Technology will open up more opportunities for learning, research, and academic exchange for both lecturers and students, contributing to the sustainable development of the two schools.
On the partner's side, Mr. Ma Xiuquan - Principal of Lieu Ninh University of Technology and Technology - highly appreciated the careful preparation and cooperative spirit of Thanh Dong University. He expressed his high agreement with the general development orientation and pledged to work with the two sides to build a practical and effective cooperation roadmap, creating long-term value for both sides.
