On the morning of October 25, at Le Loi Primary School, Pong Drang town, Krong Buk district, the Department of Information and Communications of Dak Lak province in coordination with the District People's Committee organized the opening of the mobile exhibition "Hoang Sa, Truong Sa of Vietnam - Historical and legal evidence" and the contest "I love Vietnam" for students.
The exhibition displayed and introduced many documents, texts, artifacts, publications and nearly 100 maps from official published sources of domestic and international researchers and scholars.
From there, affirming the process of establishing, implementing and protecting Vietnam's sovereignty over the Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagos.
In particular, the Nguyen Dynasty's documents (from Gia Long to Bao Dai) issued directly related to the issue of exploitation, management, establishment and enforcement of sovereignty over the two archipelagos of Hoang Sa and Truong Sa of Vietnam.

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hiep - Deputy Director of the Department of Information and Communications of Dak Lak province affirmed that: "Vietnam's sea and islands are a sacred part of the Fatherland. The sea and islands have a particularly important position in the cause of building, developing and protecting the country.
This event will help all levels, sectors and each citizen see more clearly their responsibility in the cause of building and protecting the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland."

This is the 8th time the Department of Information and Communications of Dak Lak province has coordinated with the People's Committees of districts and towns in the province to organize the mobile exhibition "Hoang Sa, Truong Sa of Vietnam - Historical and legal evidence".
Thereby, contributing to helping cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, workers, students and people grasp the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on Vietnam's seas and islands.
Especially the legal basis for the sovereignty of the two archipelagos of Hoang Sa and Truong Sa of Vietnam.
