According to the document guiding some contents on extra teaching and learning activities in the province issued by the Department of Education and Training of Hai Duong province, for extra teaching and learning in schools, the Department of Education and Training of Hai Duong requires only organizing extra teaching and learning without collecting fees for students: having consecutive final year's subject learning results at the unsatisfactory level; students selected by the school to train excellent students; final year students voluntarily register to review entrance exams and graduation exams, according to the school's education plan.
The duration of extra teaching is not more than 2 periods/week. The arrangement of classes, timetables and the process of organizing extra teaching and learning must comply with Circular 29 of the Ministry of Education and Training.
For organizations or individuals who teach extra classes and take extra classes outside of school and collect money from students, the Hai Duong Department of Education and Training requires business registration according to the provisions of law, public information on organizing extra classes and taking extra classes, ensuring conditions for facilities to organize extra classes and take extra classes.
All information where the facility organizes extra teaching and learning must be made public on the electronic information portal or posted at the facility. Individual teachers of public schools in Hai Duong province are not allowed to register individual business owners to organize extra teaching and learning; but can participate in extra teaching for extra teaching institutions.
