On May 10, the Provincial Union of Friendship Organizations in collaboration with the Tzu Chi organization of Taiwan (China) organized a donation of the aid "Supporting learning for students in difficult circumstances for the 2024 - 2025 school year".
Tzu Chi is a non-governmental organization in Vietnam, operating in the fields of health, care for the elderly, children in difficult circumstances and emergency aid. The Association has been operating since 2015 and has had many support activities for thousands of people in difficult circumstances in many provinces and cities across the country: Hai Duong, Tien Giang, Ben Tre...
This time, Tzu Chi organization has implemented learning support for students in difficult circumstances in the 2024 - 2025 school year by giving cash to 827 students in difficult circumstances in the districts and cities of Tu Ky, Thanh Ha, Thanh Mien, Hai Duong.

Among these are 815 primary, secondary, high school students and 10 students at Hai Duong University and 2 members of the Provincial blind Association studying at Thanh Dong University.
With support of 1.5 million VND/ submitted to primary school students; 2.5 million VND/ submitted to secondary school students, 3 million VND/ submitted to high school students; 14 million VND/ submitted to students and supporting 2 people who are members of the Provincial Association of the Blind studying at Thanh Dong University, each person 22 million VND.
In Hai Duong City, Tzu Chi organization coordinated with the Provincial Union of Friendship Organizations to hand over study support to 287 students. It is expected that the remaining support will continue to be organized to the point, handing over to students in difficult circumstances in Thanh Ha district, Tu Ky district and Thanh Mien district on the morning of May 11.
Mr. Nguyen Duc Tuan - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Union of Friendship Organizations, on behalf of the leaders of Hai Duong province, expressed his gratitude to the Tzu Chi organization for bringing resources so that students in difficult circumstances have the opportunity to continue to go to school and realize their dreams. This will also be the motivation for them to overcome adversity, continue to study and develop themselves.
