Mr. Le Van Hieu - Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation - said that at this session, the provincial People's Council agreed through 15 important resolutions to organize the implementation of the Central's instructions, requirements and tasks on organizational structure, administrative units and socio -economic development, national defense and security consolidation in 2025 and the years in 2025 and in 2025 years.

Mr. Le Van Hieu also asked the units to effectively implement the Resolutions that were approved. The provincial People's Committee, departments, branches and provincial People's Councils strengthen coordination, accompany and unify the same responsibility in performing the political tasks of the province. Along with that, proactively according to the functions and tasks of each agency and unit, promoting the responsibility of the leader in directing and managing each specific task.
This morning (April 28), the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee met and 100% approved the Project to merge Hai Duong province with Hai Phong city and the Project to reorganize commune-level administrative units in 2025.
