On the morning of September 5, the Vietnam Women's Academy held the Opening Ceremony of the new school year 2025-2026.

In the letter welcoming the new school year 2025-2026 to students, Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Quang Tien, Director of the Vietnam Women's Academy, affirmed that over the past 65 years (1960-2025), the Vietnam Women's Academy is realizing the philosophy of "comprehensive, equal and quality education", making increasingly important contributions to training high-quality human resources and achieving many achievements in science and technology, connecting and serving the community.

Affirming the noble mission of teachers to inspire, nurture knowledge and accompany students and trainees in their learning and training journey, Mr. Tien expressed his hope that each teacher will always uphold their sense of responsibility, constantly research and study to achieve standards on qualifications, abilities and scientific publications, innovate teaching methods towards strongly applying digital technology and artificial intelligence, etc.
For the students and trainees, the Director of the Vietnam Women's Academy emphasized that they are the center of all educational activities, the pride and responsibility of teachers, the Academy and the country.
"Entering the new school year, I hope you will promote a proactive, positive spirit and responsible actions in all activities; have a positive attitude, scientific thinking about learning and training to quickly become a force of workers with professional capacity, a spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation, and the ability to adapt in the context of globalization and strong digital transformation.
For new students, I wish them to quickly integrate into the higher education environment, correctly identify their goals and study motives; be ready to experience, learn and assert themselves to open a beautiful, meaningful and inspiring youth journey" - Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Quang Tien said.
Attending and giving a speech at the Opening Ceremony, Vice President of the Vietnam Women's Union Nguyen Thi Minh Huong shared that the 2025-2026 school year begins in the context of our country entering a period of accelerating digital transformation, developing the knowledge economy and deeply integrating internationally to prepare for a new era.
For the Association, this is also the period when Associations at all levels organize Women's Congresses at all levels towards the National Women's Congress in 2026. That poses many new requirements for both the training and research fields of the Academy, so that the training and research results can truly contribute to the economic and social development of the country.
"I hope that students, especially female students, will be strong and dare to challenge gender discrimination to assert themselves in society and in the family to pursue their dreams and personal careers" - Ms. Huong shared.
