The rate of students studying the wrong major or working in the wrong profession after graduation is still high, showing gaps in career guidance work.
In the context of technology and AI reshaping the labor market, unoriented options can lead to long-term consequences.
From that reality, L&A has initiated Boost4Best as a social responsibility program to connect schools, students and businesses. The program is built into a continuous journey, taking students as the center, focusing on supporting young people to understand themselves, understand their profession and access a practical working environment through objective assessment and consultation tools.
In the first half of December, Boost4Best has implemented many activities at schools and job fairs. Students are directly advised on choosing a major. Students are supported with career support, CV editing, audition interviews and access to internship and job opportunities from businesses.
Through these activities, Boost4Best hopes to contribute to forming the right professional mindset for young people and laying the foundation for human resources capable of adaptation and sustainable development in the future.
