Along with that, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Truc Le sent a message to more than 2,300 new students of the University of Economics (Vietnam National University, Hanoi): "The first year of university has begun. Whether your future is bright or not, whether your career is successful or not, is entirely in your hands. Make the best, wisest, use of time and the resilience of youth to equip yourself with adequate knowledge and skills for the future journey.
Learn and strive constantly, be creative and don't be afraid to try new things, open your mind and dreams to explore the world".
With the school's strong internationalization strategy, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Truc Le believes that generations of students will continue the tradition and develop new values to become global citizens, maintain national identity, and have Heart - Virtue - Intelligence - Talent to serve the Fatherland. Also at the Opening Ceremony of the new school year, Mai Yen Nhi - representing more than 2,300 new students of the University of Economics (Vietnam National University, Hanoi) - sent her thanks to her parents - those who gave birth to her and sacrificed to raise her to adulthood.
"We apologize for making you worry every time we make mistakes, or sometimes fail to meet your expectations. But, we thank you, thank you for giving birth to us and giving us a happy, fulfilling life.
We thank our parents for always encouraging us, and for being the fire that lights up our souls so that we can continue to try. Whether our parents are by our side or only exist in our hearts, we are always grateful for the love and sacrifices they have given us so that we can focus on our studies" - the child said emotionally.
