Prudential sponsors MDRT Association to develop quality consultants

    In February, Prudential plc (Prudential) announced a high-end financing agreement for the next three years with MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table), a global association of leading experts in the field of life insurance and financial services. The goal of this agreement is to speed up the development of Prudential's consultants' expertise, thereby strengthening the platform to promote the growth of agency channels and bringing more value to customers.

    This agreement will kick off a series of initiatives to inspire and empower Prudential consultants, helping them bring the best experience to customers.

    One of these initiatives is the MDRT honor program, specifically designed as PRUMDRT, with the goal of honoring Prudential's elite consultants, who demonstrate professionalism and special passion for the profession.

    In 2024, Prudential Vietnam was recognized as ranked first in Vietnam and top 12 globally in the MDRT rankings, marking the second consecutive year that this enterprise has led in the number of MDRT members in the Vietnamese market, affirming its sustainable development strategy and continuous efforts to improve the quality of the consulting team.

    Based on this agreement, MDRT and Prudential will cooperate to build professional development and specialized training programs, creating momentum for the development of Prudential's MDRT members to accelerate their careers.

    These initiatives will empower Prudential's MDRT members to improve their capacity, strengthen their reputation in business and profession, and enhance the service provided to customers.

    Prudential launches “Proactive Health Enhancement” program

    In mid-December 2024, at Vo Thi Sau Primary School, Tam Ky City, Quang Nam Province, Prudential launched the program "Proactive Health Promotion" with the participation of more than 500 students, teachers, parents and representatives of the Department of Education and Training of Quang Nam Province, Department of Education and Training of Tam Ky, Nui Thanh, Thang Binh. The event also had the participation of the organizing units: Prudential Vietnam Life Insurance Company Limited, Eastspring Investments Vietnam Fund Management Company Limited, Junior Achievement Vietnam Youth Center.

    In late November, a series of events launching the Prudential “Safe Schooling” project took place at 6 primary schools in Gia Lai and Yen Bai provinces, marking the beginning of a series of activities to celebrate the 5th anniversary of the project’s implementation in Vietnam.
