Students of the AI and Semiconductive Talent program receive 100% tuition scholarships

Students who are admitted to the 2026 Talent Training Program of Phenikaa University in 2 majors: Computer Science; Semiconductor Science & Technology will receive 100% scholarships.

On June 13, Phenikaa University officially enrolled in the 2026 Talent Training Program according to the Government's Project "Training human resources to serve high-tech development in the period 2025–2030 and orientation to 2045".

In the first year of implementation, the school selects 65 students nationwide for two programs, including Computer Science and Semiconductor Science & Technology.

These are programs belonging to the list of programs for training talented engineers and masters in the field of STEM approved for implementation by the Ministry of Education and Training according to Decision No. 995/QD-BGDDT.

The program is designed according to the integrated master's and bachelor's model with a continuous training roadmap for 5 years. After completing the entire program and meeting the graduation conditions according to regulations, students are considered for the simultaneous bachelor's and master's degrees according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.

From the first year, students participate in strong and potential research groups of Phenikaa University, access infrastructure including more than 100 laboratories and practices, and have the opportunity to participate in ministerial-level, national-level scientific research topics and projects and international cooperation.

Through Phenikaa's innovative ecosystem, students participate in applied research and technology development projects in strategic fields such as Self-propelled Technology, Semiconductor Technology, Energy Storage Technology, Advanced Materials, and Biomedical Technology. In addition, learners also have access to an innovative and technology startup environment right during their studies.

Students who pass the Program are entitled to support policies according to Decree 179/2026/ND-CP of the Government for learners in the fields of high technology and strategic technology.

In addition, all admitted students are awarded scholarships to support 100% of tuition fees and free dormitories; excellent students also have the opportunity to receive Phenikaa Group Chairman's Scholarship with a total support value of up to about 625 million VND for the entire course.

The school also commits that 100% of students who graduate on time will be committed to job opportunities in the Phenikaa Group ecosystem.
