The contest aims to select faces representing the Amser spirit - dynamic and enthusiastic but also talented and hard-working. This year, the contest attracted a large number of candidates, along with the enthusiastic attention of all students inside and outside the school.
After three fierce rounds: Single round, Interview round, Talent round, the Top 10 ambassadors have officially been revealed. They not only have a long history of academic achievements, but are also very active in extracurricular activities, volunteering or even starting a business. 10 Ambassadors - 10 colors with different marks, all will converge in the Final Night of Talent Festival 2024 taking place on October 25, 2024.
Let's take a look back at the "huge" achievements of the 10 Ams Ambassadors before the Final Night:
1. Le Ngoc Thao Anh - Grade 12 Geography represents a generation of multi-talented students who have won many different awards at the same time. Not only has she had outstanding achievements in her strong subjects such as being the runner-up in the Geography entrance exam for the 2022-2025 school year with 9 points in the Geography subject or IELTS score of 8.0, Thao Anh also excelled as the valedictorian of the Hanoi City Geography exam for the 2021-2022 school year, won the second prize in the Cau Giay District Geography exam for the 2021-2022 school year and won a medal at the AMC8 International Math Competition.
Thao Anh also proved herself in the field of extracurricular activities such as becoming Manager & Head of PR of Cheer Ams Club for the 2023-2024 term, Deputy of Logistics Department of Striped Project season 9, Lead of TNKC, Lead of Crowd Dance of Geography block Anh Tai Festival 2023 and speaker of Brand Influencer Business Discussion Hub 2024 event, Guest speaker Orientation day 24, Unboxing day & Maska 22.
2. Nguyen Hoang Minh Thai - 12 Cambridge is a representative of the image of a dynamic student when winning many international awards such as: Top 4% IGCSE Maths, Top 7% IGCSE Chemistry, Top 8% IGCSE Physics and is the runner-up of the Highschool Business Case 2024 competition.
Minh Thai also excelled in participating in many social support activities such as: Leader Group Speaker Song Bang Unboxing Day 2023, Head of Hanoi Amsterdam DECA Communications Department, Head of Hanoi Amsterdam DECA Human Resources Department, and the main actor of GALA 23: White Night.
3.Nhu Dinh Tram Anh - 11 Chemistry 1, with her Chemistry ability, Tram Anh has won many different domestic and international academic awards such as the Gold Medal of the 1st Chemistry Olympiad - Natural Science Chemistry, First Prize at the City level of the 19th Science and Technology Innovation Competition in 2023, Consolation Prize at the National level of the 19th Science and Technology Innovation Competition in 2023, Third Prize in the City-level Chemistry Competition for Excellent Students in the 2022-2023 school year and Second Prize in the District-level Chemistry Competition for Excellent Students in the 2022-2023 school year.
With a passion for the art of Piano, Tram Anh has also achieved many achievements in this field such as the Gold Medal Piano Hongkong International Music Festival Vietnam region, the Gold Medal Piano Asia Pacific Arts Festival held in Singapore in 2020, the Gold Medal International Piano at the Rising Stars International Arts Festival & Competition in 2022, the Third Prize at the Singapore International Piano Competition in 2021 and the Bronze Medal at the National Piano Talent Festival 2024 Professional category.
4. Nguyen Tuan Minh - 11 Literature demonstrated his impressive ability when he excellently passed the Literature major exam of 3 schools: Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted/Nguyen Hue High School for the Gifted/Social Sciences and Humanities High School for the Gifted, became the top scorer in the Literature major entrance exam of Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted and was also in the team of excellent students participating in the HKIMO International Mathematical Olympiad in the 2019-2020 school year.
Tuan Minh also excelled in extracurricular activities when he became the Head of the Communication Department of the school psychology project DAY (Dreams, Ambitions of Youth) season 3, was the representative of Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted, won the Third Prize in the "Talented - Elegant Youth" contest of Cau Giay district, and won the Third Prize in Ams' Got Talent season XVI with the Life's so drama club.
Tuan Minh was also among the best teams at the social project building competition The Incubation with the project "Sunshine Smile" with the aim of spreading traditional music, erasing generational gaps, was selected as the main actor of the short film LAF'24 and the drama program On Stage 2024: Five Thousand Miles, and the Media Ambassador at AFS Intercultural Programs in Vietnam. He was a Ukrainian delegate to the WTO council with the topic "Strengthening the connection between supply chains of countries in Central Asia" at NEUxVINUNI MUN.
5. Nguyen Vu Ha Linh - 11 English 1 demonstrated her mettle by continuously winning many prestigious awards such as: SAT score 1560 (Superscore), won the Second Prize in the District-level Excellent Student Contest for English in the 2021 - 2022, 2022 - 2023 school year, Second Prize in the City-level Excellent Student Contest for English in the 2021 - 2022, 2022 - 2023 school year, individual prize World Scholar's Cup (WSC) 2021 - Regional Hanoi Round: Gold Medal in Creative Writing, Silver Medal in Debate, Team Prize World Scholar's Cup (WSC) 2021 - Regional Hanoi Round: Gold Medal and Final Cup; Gold Medal and Team Bowl Cup; Gold Medal in Debate; Gold Medal in Creative Writing; Silver Medal in Team Challenge.
Ha Linh also actively participates in many extracurricular activities such as: Captain of Cheer Ams Club 2024 - 2025, Head of Nineternal Event Organizing Committee 2023, Head of Communications for The 1% Fund project season 9, Head of Communications for Tu Su project season 1 and finally the founder of Truc Xanh Charity Fund and organizer of the charity program Contribute medical beds - bring back love.
6. La Nguyet An - 11 History is "definitely someone else's child", with both outstanding appearance and outstanding achievements. In 11 years of studying and training, Nguyet An has excellently won: Second Prize in the District-level Excellent Student Competition in History for the 2021-2022 school year; Second Prize in the Creativity Contest for teenagers and children in Hanoi City with the product Model of a device using ultrasonic waves to condense honey and fish sauce at low temperatures, representing Hanoi City to bring the above product to the 18th National Creativity Contest for teenagers and children and won the Special Prize; received the Best International Innovation and Creativity Award presented by the National Research Council of Thailand at the 7th International Exhibition for Young Inventors 2023 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and the Most Special Award presented by the IFIA-FPME World Federation of Inventors at the 18th International Invention and Creativity Competition held annually in Toronto, Canada.
Being a famous female student with extracurricular activities in art, Nguyet An showed her enthusiasm when she continuously became: Model performing at the Fashion Show "Vietnam's Impression", contributing to honoring the beauty of traditional national costumes, a member of the Lamode Club's model team participating in the show at Showcase 2024 - Resonance, Deputy of the Logistics Board of the Charity Project "Khung Thuong" to spread and preserve the beauty of Tay ethnic culture, Head of the Professional Board of the Young Diplomats of Vietnam Club and a member of the Logistics Board of the Hanoi - Amsterdam Art Team Club and GALA HAT 2024: Symphony No. XIII.
7. Vu Ha Van - 12 English 1 shows herself in every activity she participates in. Ha Van has excellently won big prizes in many competitions in various fields such as: SAT score 1540, IELTS 8.0, being in the Vietnam ASMO team, International Bronze Medal, winning the National ASMO Gold Medal, National IOE Gold Medal and First Prize in the Capital English Talent Competition.
Along with an impressive list of achievements, Ha Van actively participates in extracurricular and sports activities such as becoming Vice President of Ams Advisor Club 23-24, Head of Pandorams Project season 9, Vice Captain of Hanoi Amsterdam Basketball Team 24-25, Financial Director of LaMode Fashion Show 24 and winning the Silver Medal of the 2023 Student Basketball Tournament, Bronze Medal 2024.
8. Nguyen Gia Linh - 11 French 1 proved herself with many formidable achievements such as: winning Third Prize in the Preliminary Round of the WILLKOMMEN International Language Competition 2020, non-specialized 10th grade entrance exam score: 46.75 (Math: 9.5, Literature: 9, French; 9.75), winning the encouragement prize in the District Level Excellent Student Competition 2022-2023.
Gia Linh also actively participated in activities and brought home many prestigious awards: First Prize in the 2023 "Peace - Friendship" Cultural and Art Festival, First Prize in the Vietnamese Storytelling Contest of the "Books - Knowledge Creating the Future" Festival in 2018, Second Prize in the 2016 Youth Beauty Contest.
Gia Linh is also an outstanding student who was honored to welcome Ms. Audrey Azoulay - General Director of UNESCO, a dancer of the Charity Music Event "SING WITH JOY" 2019 to help raise funds to build the "Class of Hope" at the National Children's Hospital Vietnam, won third place in the annual Ams Cup 2023 football tournament with the French specialized women's team and is an outstanding contestant of the contest "Talented - Elegant Youth of Cau Giay District 2024".
9. Pham Vu Nhat Minh - 12 French 1 is a representative of the talented and enthusiastic Ams student generation with outstanding academic achievements such as: winning the Encouragement Prize in the District-level Excellent Student Competition for French in the 2021-2022 school year, passing the Delf B2 French certificate in 2024 and being admitted to the French Language Specialized class at Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted and Chu Van An High School.
Nhat Minh also enthusiastically participates in many extracurricular and sports activities such as: becoming the vice Captain Baser of the Cheer Ams Club for the 23-24 term, winning the First Prize and the Champion of the Ams' Got Talent competition season XV and season XVI, head of the Media department of the Francophile project and the Di Ban project, the Creative prize of the Schannel Showcase competition 2024, First Prize in the 50m breaststroke at the District level in 2018, Second Prize in the 50m breaststroke at the City level in 2018 and winning the U13 Silver Medal and U11 Bronze Medal at the 1st Class of the Semi-Professional Clubs in Hanoi.
10. Nguyen Minh Thu - 12 Chemistry 1 "closed" the list of top 10 Ams ambassadors with a series of extremely impressive achievements when continuously achieving high results in domestic and international competitions: reaching the international Top 3, Gold prize in Chemistry at the StemCo International Math - Science Olympiad 2024, Gold prize in Mathematics at the StemCo International Math - Science Olympiad 2024 with the 4th highest score internationally, achieving 7.5 IELTS, being a member of the Chemistry team of Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted in the 2024-2025 school year and winning Second prize in the Chemistry competition at the city and district levels in the 2021-2022 school year.
Minh Thu is also active in many extracurricular activities such as: winning the Gold Medal in the Vstars contest organized by Vietnam Television VTV, winning the Special Prize of Ams Got Talent season XVI and the First Prize of Ams Got Talent season XV with the Cheer Ams club, being a Flyer of the Cheer Ams club, actively participating in volunteer activities for the community: giving charity meals with the Pink Dream charity organization at E Hospital, organizing Mid-Autumn Festival for children with the charity organization "Sharing love" in the mountainous areas of Ha Giang, Binh Dinh, building a school in Moc Chau and winning the Most Creative prize with the VJ Viet Thang team at S Channel Showcase 2024.
