Amsterdam Art Team (HAT) is a comprehensive art club under Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted, established in 2011, spanning many fields such as acting, dancing, singing and musical instrument performance.
After 13 years of operation with 13 unique and interesting art programs, Gala HAT in particular and HAT Club in general have brought to the audience different emotions and countless meaningful messages. The Gala HAT program is a comprehensive art program with a combination of many different forms of performance, from professional acting style, to special dance performances or soaring musical performances, all creating the uniqueness of Gala HAT.
Continuing the journey of spreading passion for art, Gala HAT 2024 has returned with a program called "Symphony No. XIII". Held on September 22 at Workers' Theater, Gala HAT 2024 is set in the late 19th - 19th centuries in France, a period when classical music flourished with melodious, up-and-down concerts. The plot is associated with the message of passion, ambition and jealousy in life, revealing hidden corners behind a seemingly simple burning dream. The trade-offs for ambition and ambition are gradually peeled away, mysteries are gradually revealed in the play, bringing the audience to explore every unexpected aspect of life.
The work revolves around the main character Norah - a young musician with a special talent and a passion for the piano since childhood and her journey of practicing and pursuing her dream with her best friend Olive. However, things do not stop there, Norah's career journey is also tinged with darkness by jealousy, ambition beyond control, leading to the grip of an invisible spiral of tragedy with no way out, all wrapped up in a large-scale work of art.
Through careful preparation and investment along with diverse and unique performances, Gala HAT 2024 hopes to bring an attractive and interesting work, bringing memorable experiences to the audience, while spreading a humane message to everyone, especially the young generation with countless dreams and burning ambitions.
