Recently, DHV held a ceremony to announce and hand over decisions to appoint key personnel for many important positions in the school.
At the ceremony, the school's Board of Directors presented decisions to appoint positions in the board of directors, department heads, and departments of DHV. The selected personnel are all officials with professional capacity, enthusiasm for the profession and rich experience in the field of training and education administration.

This is a strategic step to strengthen the leadership apparatus and increase internal resources for DHV to continue to affirm its position as one of the prestigious higher education institutions, closely linked to the needs of human resource development in the Central Highlands, the South but especially the Southwest region.
Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Tran Viet Anh - Vice Principal in charge of DHV - emphasized: "Safening the leadership team is a necessary step for DHV to successfully implement the development strategy for the period 2025 - 2030, while contributing to improving the quality of training, scientific research and expanding domestic and international cooperation".

In parallel with personnel improvement, DHV is actively implementing joint training programs from intermediate, college to university, especially focusing on the Southwest region, where there is a great demand for improving the qualifications of the workforce.
The school has signed strategic cooperation agreements with many secondary and college schools in Can Tho, Vinh Long, Hau Giang, Dong Thap, Soc Trang, Bac Lieu provinces, etc., opening up regular university study opportunities for thousands of students in the localities.
