Some people carry diseases, some people shoulder the burden of their families in economic conditions that are still lacking, but thanks to the timely care and encouragement from colleagues and leaders, they still firmly hold the class, maintaining a smile with their students.
That spirit is also clearly shown in the way Ha Tinh education sector together overcomes the "bottleneck" of reality. In the last months of 2025, when schools had to simultaneously deploy two sessions/day of teaching, organize semi-boarding, preliminary review of the first semester, and conduct training modules 6, 7, 8 according to contract requirements, the pressure is undeniable. But instead of rigid administrative orders, a message full of sharing on the Principals' group spread the rare spirit of companionship.

Love and sharing shine brightly most clearly in adversity. In early October 2025, severe floods submerged Duc Quang commune, four schools were deeply submerged in mud, students had to leave class, teachers sadly watched the school roofs devastated.
In the midst of that difficulty, teachers of Duc Tho Town Primary School quietly came to Nguyen Trai Primary School, bringing labor tools and a heart of "healthy leaves protect torn leaves". Not afraid of mud, they together cleaned up, wiped each table and chair, and returned the classroom neatly so that students could return soon.
In another depth, the spirit of love is also ignited with simple but touching gestures. The story from Rao Tre village - where the Chut ethnic people live - is a testament.
Just from a business trip, witnessing the still simple boarding meal of 19 highland students, a teacher working at the Ha Tinh Department of Education and Training brought a lot of concern back. A sincere call on his personal Facebook page, and in five days, 107 collectives and individuals joined hands to support nearly 53 million VND.
Placed in the context of the entire sector implementing Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW dated August 22, 2025 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development, the message "love and sharing" further shows the core meaning of innovation.
Stepping into 2026, "love and sharing" is therefore not just a New Year's greeting, but a fundamental direction.
Amidst the fluctuations of life, Ha Tinh education is quietly keeping a warm, loving and sharing heart – so that from there, faith is nurtured, hope is ignited, and the cause of nurturing people has more endurance for today and the future.
