How to make gluten free plum cake
Ingredient:
Almond flour: 250 grams
Coconut sugar: 65 grams
Eggs: 3
Baking soda: 5 grams
Dried fruit: 125 grams
Chopped nuts: 65 grams
Orange juice: 30ml
Vanilla extract: 5 grams
Making:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Soak dried fruit in orange juice for 2 hours.
Mix almond flour, baking soda and coconut sugar.
Beat eggs and vanilla then mix well with dry ingredients.
Add fruits and nuts.
Bake for 40 - 45 minutes.
How to make low sugar plum cake
Ingredient:
Whole wheat flour: 65 grams
Stevia: 30 grams
Eggs: 3
Dried fruit: 125 grams
Milk: 40ml
Baking powder: 5 grams
Cinnamon powder: 5 grams
Vanilla extract: 5 grams
Making:
Soak the fruit in milk for 2 hours.
Preheat oven, grease and line cake pan with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients in bowl
Beat eggs with vanilla, mix dry ingredients and fruit well.
Bake for 50 minutes.
How to make plum cake without oil
Ingredient:
Whole wheat flour: 65 grams
Unsweetened apples: 65 grams
Dried fruit: 125 grams
Baking powder: 5 grams
Cinnamon powder: 5 grams
Almond milk: 30ml
Chopped seeds: 65 grams
Making:
Soak dried fruit in almond milk overnight.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
Add applesauce and soaked fruit, stir well.
Pour into greased pan and bake for 55 minutes.
