Director Viet Tu said he appreciated the perseverance and silently sharing of the Fund, and at the same time wanted to use his artistic experience to contribute to spreading love and realizing many meaningful projects.
Singer Tung Duong shared that after more than 10 years of accompanying the Fund, he and his colleagues have supported many disadvantaged areas: building schools, bringing electricity and water to the highlands, helping poor patients... and considering this the mission of an artist.
The "Touching Love" Fund was established under Decision 1081/QD-BNV dated September 22, 2025. In the fourth quarter of 2025, the Fund plans to deploy 20 billion VND to support children's health care and health care through three groups of programs: Sowing the future - Sowing vitality - Sowing hope, aiming to support more than 10,000 disadvantaged people in the year.
Speaking at the launching ceremony, Deputy Minister of Health Le Duc Luan said that the health sector always strives to take care of people's health, especially children and disadvantaged people, but needs the cooperation of the whole society. The establishment of the "Touching Love" Fund is a testament to the spirit of humanity and community responsibility.
He highly appreciated the Fund's three pillar programs including "Gieo Mai" , "Gieo Nguoi Thanh" and "Gieo Thuong", considering this a bridge between the health sector and the community in the work of taking care of the health of all people. The Ministry of Health is committed to accompanying and creating conditions for the Fund to operate effectively.
Ms. Thang Thi Hanh - Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations (Ministry of Home Affairs) - emphasized that the Fund was established in accordance with the Party and State's policy on protecting and caring for people's health. The fund aims to support emergency medical costs for poor patients, helping them access essential equipment and services, while supporting medical facilities lacking equipment, contributing to improving the quality of medical examination and treatment and social security.
In the period of 2025 - 2026, the Fund prioritizes two projects: Seeding the vitality - giving nutritious meals to poor children in remote areas; and Seeding Hope - organizing activities to support children's spirit through books and art, helping them to maintain optimism in their journey to treatment.
