In the program "Mid-Autumn Festival of Love" at the National Children's Hospital, there are many children who are seriously ill, their childhood is associated with beds and injections. However, overcoming the fatigue and pain, the students were still eager to go down to the field to participate, to immerse themselves in the bustling atmosphere of the Mid-Autumn Festival, where the innocent smile still lit up despite the difficult treatment days behind them.
On the morning of October 4, thousands of children went to the central Children's Hospital to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival. Whether they are strengthening their skills, riding a wheelchair or holding a hand, the children are still excited to play and receive gifts. The program not only brings joy to children but also becomes a spiritual support for fathers and mothers who have been with the hospital for many years.
Having undergone many surgeries but still having an untreated tumor, L.T.H, 10 years old in Bac Ninh, still played in the program "Mid-Autumn Festival of Love". Welcoming the Mid-Autumn Festival at the hospital, H shared: "I want to ask for a picture of a doctor's coffin because the doctor treated my child so that I can go to school, and I also ask for peace in the hope my life is always peaceful".

Dr. Hoang Minh Phuong, Deputy Director of the National Children's Hospital, said that the "Mid-Autumn Festival of Love" program is an annual activity organized by the National Children's Hospital in coordination with benefactors, aiming to bring joy and warmth to children being treated at the hospital who do not have the conditions to return home to reunite during the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Children can participate in the Fair for free with more than 44 booths, receiving many meaningful gifts such as toys, teddy bears, backpacks, cakes and Mid-Autumn Festival lanterns, milk, etc., and experiencing creative playgrounds including statues, lantern making, playing folk games. On October 1, the children also enjoyed a special art program with music and dance performances, circuses, and magics, bringing a bustling and colorful atmosphere.
In addition, 12 Mid-Autumn Festival offerings are decorated by benefactors and the hospital's Social Work Department in departments and rooms, contributing to creating a space imbued with the quality of union members, helping children feel the joy of Tet right during treatment.
According to estimates, the total cost of organizing the program this year is about 2.1 billion VND.
