Ingredient:
6 ripe red tomatoes
30ml oil
3 cloves minced garlic
1/4 onion, chopped
30 grams chopped basil leaves

1.5 grams red chili powder

15 grams tomato sauce
2.5 grams butter
Make a light incision in the bottom of the tomato (create an X shape) and place in boiling water.
Cover the pot and boil for 3 - 4 minutes or until the tomato skins begin to separate from the fruit.
Once the tomatoes have cooled completely, peel the skin off.
Take 3 - 4 peeled tomatoes and puree into a smooth puree.
Chop the remaining tomatoes and remove the seeds, transferring the chopped tomatoes to a separate plate.
