On September 13, Brigade 171 (under the Navy Region 2) said that the unit had represented the Navy Region 2 to visit and present gifts to the fishermen whose children were adopted by the Brigade in Phuoc Hai commune, Ho Chi Minh City.
On behalf of the Naval Region 2 Command, the Representative of the 171 Brigade presented gifts from the Vietnam Heart Fund and the Naval Region 2 Command to Nguyen Le Phat Loc, Hoang Tuan Anh and their families, each gift worth 7 million VND.
This is a regular and practical activity of Brigade 171 carried out. Thereby contributing to helping children feel secure and have enough luggage to enter the new school year.
On behalf of the officers and soldiers of Brigade 171, Lieutenant Colonel Do Quang Hiep - Deputy Political Commissar of the Brigade - kindly visited, encouraged, and advised the children to strive to study and practice well, while taking advantage of time to help their families.
"On behalf of the officers and soldiers of the entire Brigade, on the occasion of the new school year 2025, I wish you and your family good health, overcome immediate difficulties to study well. The officers and soldiers of Brigade 171 are always by my side, accompanying my grandchildren and their families," Mr. Hiep told.
