On the eve of the Lunar New Year 2025, Ho Chi Minh City Police inaugurated a mural street with an area of 520 m2 on Tran Quoc Hoan Street, Ward 4, Tan Binh District. This is also the longest mural street in Ho Chi Minh City.
Ms. Pham Thi Tham (living in Tan Binh district) said that she often passes by this area, and today she was very happy to see the wall decorated with a new look.
"I find this very meaningful, it beautifies the landscape of the area and also helps people be more aware of maintaining hygiene and environmental landscape," said Ms. Tham.
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Dinh Duong - Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Police shared that the project has truly been a symbol of high determination in transforming areas, regions, and complicated routes in terms of security and order, and strongly developing the movement of the entire people to protect national security at the grassroots level.
On this occasion, the City Police Youth Union and the Tan Son Nhat International Airport Youth Union signed a joint agreement to coordinate in organizing activities to improve skills in preventing crimes related to the aviation industry and strongly develop the movement of all people to protect national security in the Port area.
The Party Committee and the Port Board of Directors also presented 20 gifts worth 20 million VND to officers and soldiers of Tan Binh District Police on duty away from home during Tet.
