On February 1, Vinh Tu Commune Police (Vinh Linh District, Quang Tri Province) confirmed that the unit had just returned a wallet containing personal documents and 21 million VND to Mr. Le Huu Phuong (born in 1981, residing in Thuy Tu Village, Vinh Tu Commune, Vinh Linh District).
Earlier, on the same morning, Mr. Nguyen Van Minh (born in 1999, residing in Dong Luat village, Vinh Thai commune, Vinh Linh district) went to wish everyone a happy new year when he saw a leather wallet on the road.
Checking inside, there were personal papers and 21 million VND. Mr. Minh brought all the found property to Vinh Tu Commune Police.
Vinh Tu commune police searched for the wallet's owner and not long after, Mr. Le Huu Phuong came to claim it.
Mr. Le Huu Phuong was very happy to receive his wallet back, which contained all the documents and 21 million VND.
