In the former Ben Tre (now Vinh Long), the reality model of " Job Coffee" located in the premises of the Employment Service Center has become a direct connection point between workers (including many young people) and recruiting businesses. There are vocational counseling, handling unemployment insurance records and on-site recruitment interviews, helping to shorten the process of finding jobs for local workers.
At the same time, Ben Tre (Vinh Long) promotes the linkage through the establishment of the Youth and Special Assets OCOP Service Cooperative - a place to gather youth start-up products, support the completion of OCOP standards, connect markets and distribution businesses. This cooperative shows that the direction of "from technical support to output" is the key for local products to be commercialized.
In Tra Vinh (Vinh Long), many cooperatives and cooperatives established by young people (frog breeding, goose breeding, collective agricultural model...) have proven their economic efficiency and created sustainable jobs. These models often receive technical support,... This contributes to solving employment for youth union members.
For the "connected commune" model to operate effectively, three pillars - job connection points (such as " Job coffee") are needed to receive and introduce workers; collective organizations (groups/HTX) to gather products and capacity; partnerships with businesses to ensure output and train practical needs. When all three factors are closely linked, rural youth have the opportunity to shift from freelance to stable jobs or start a business with a market.
These efforts contribute practically to the emulation movement "For the poor - No one is left behind" in the period of 2021 - 2025 that the whole country is joining hands to implement.
