In the program, the female singer brought a special souvenir - the Spring Song of the YearCD released in 2009. At the age of 17, when holding her music product in hand for the first time, Xuan Nghi clearly felt her happiness and pride. Although today's music listening technology has changed, for her, the CD still retains its spiritual value.
Xuan Nghi said that since her primary school years, she has actively participated in cultural activities and represented the school in district and provincial competitions. As she grew up, programs like The Voice and music idol urged her to pursue a professional career. The turning point came from Vietnam Idol and especially The Voice 2012, helping her name become widely known. Although she is associated with pop ballad, Xuan Nghi does not hesitate to try many genres such as EDM, English music, Chinese, or bolero.
The memorable milestone was when participating in Listen to Me Sing, although not originally from bolero, she chose to combine bolero and youth music to create her own mark. This novelty was well received by the audience, helping her win the runner-up position and gain more confidence on stage.
Xuan Nghi's passion for music was greatly influenced by her father - who was a member of the actor's art troupe. Childhood associated with the sound of the instrument and the hoping cau has sown in her the love of singing. However, when he graduated from grade 12 and decided to study music, his parents were worried. I have had a chance to learn music since I was a child, I chose to study music and take responsibility for my choice, she said. Up to now, Xuan Nghi is proud to be able to take care of herself and her family, even though the road is not flashy.
Throughout her journey, she was lucky to learn from many big artists such as Dam Vinh Hung, Ho Ngoc Ha, Phuong Dung, Thai Chau. The instructions helped her clearly shape her style and direction. For Xuan Nghi, success does not come from comparing others, but from making efforts to improve every day.
