Mr. Trung Hoang, representative of Hoang Duy International Entertainment Media Company Limited, said that the application has completed the registration procedure with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Binh Thuan province to organize the contest "Miss Vietnam Sea 2024" and has been approved by the Department under License No. 85/SVHTTDL-QLVHGD dated August 14, 2024.
The logo "Miss Sea Vietnam 2024" was created by Hoang Duy Company and registered for protection as an applied art work and was granted a copyright registration certificate No. 3578/2024/QTG by the Copyright Office (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) on May 13, 2024.
Lawyer Dang Thi Thuy Huyen, Director of HPL and Associates Limited Liability Law Firm, the legal consultant for Hoang Duy Company on the Miss Sea Vietnam 2024 contest, also provided documents proving the legality of the contest.
At the press conference, Hoang Duy Company requested that units, individuals and organizations not disseminate or spread false information about the contest.
