The event was organized by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee in coordination with Ms. Hirose Noriko, Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Ambassador to Aichi, with active support from the authorities and business communities of the two localities.
The festival is considered a practical effort in implementing diverse cooperation activities between Ho Chi Minh City and Aichi province, contributing to deepening the bilateral friendship. Through a series of unique art programs, the festival not only introduces the beauty of Vietnamese culture but also creates a bridge connecting the people of the two countries.
The event is an opportunity to promote the image of the country, people and culture of Vietnam in general, and Ho Chi Minh City in particular to international friends. The festival space will display traditional cultural products, introduce tourism, and perform art performances to serve overseas Vietnamese in Japan. This is also an opportunity for the Vietnamese community to meet, interact, share and return to their homeland through songs and dances imbued with national identity.
The art program within the framework of the festival will take place from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., on November 8 and 9, 2025, at Edion Hisaya Plaza, Nagoya City, Aichi Province, under the direction of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee and the Department of Culture and Sports. The program was organized by the City Arts Center.
The performance was attended by Meritorious Artist Thu Thuy, singer Vo Ha Tram, Dong Hung, To My, producer Khanh, along with artists Mai Anh, Dinh Nhat Minh, Doan Minh Tai, circus artists, puppets and ABC dance group. The program promises to bring a warm atmosphere of exchange, contributing to spreading the image of a friendly, dynamic and rich Vietnam to international friends.
