The most prominent is the live eel eating scene of rookie Ngoc Huong - a scene considered to be the most psychologically charged of the film.
In the new film, Ngoc Huong plays My Ngoc - Minh Nhu's younger sister. This character is built as someone possessed by evil forces, becoming an important link leading to the tragedy of the family.
Notably, the young actress was nominated by Kha Nhu and Quang Tuan to the producer after the casting process. With a mysterious image and strong acting ability, Ngoc Huong is expected to become a "newcomer female ghost", succeeding the horror image that once haunted Kha Nhu in the first part of the film.

In the behind-the-scenes video just released, Ngoc Huong admitted that she was under pressure when having to perform the scene of eating live eels - a scene that haunted her from the moment she read the script. "I keep thinking about that scene and am very scared. I don't know what I will do because I have to eat raw meat. Every day when I think about that scene, I am nervous," the actress shared.
On the film set, she had to film scenes under the rain, her face covered in blood and directly hold a live eel in her hand. According to Ngoc Huong, that was the biggest challenge since participating in the project. The pressure increased even more when the first part of "Quỷ nhập tràng" once attracted attention with Kha Nhu's scene of eating raw food - a scene that strongly haunted the audience and spread widely on social networks.
During the filming process, Kha Nhu was always there to guide and reassure her juniors before filming. "I held the animal I was afraid of in my hand, trembling. But seeing the whole crew filming in the rain very hard, I told myself I had to try to do it," Ngoc Huong recalled.
In part 2, director Pom Nguyen continues to retain the familiar frame including Quang Tuan, Kha Nhu and artist Van Dung, while expanding the story with many new faces such as Doan Quoc Dam, Dao Anh Tuan, Phuong Binh... According to the director, the combination of actors from both North and South is intended to create diversity for the project.
