Before the live-concert "Vo ve thanh xuan", Cam Ly, Lam Truong and the artists participating in the program are focusing on the rehearsal process and completing the performances. The working sessions take place with the support of music director Ho Hoai Anh and musician Thanh Binh's band, to ensure unity in the overall program.
Cam Ly and Lam Truong have the opportunity to reunite on stage after about three decades since their first duet, the reunion of the two voices associated with the 1990s is likened to a journey back to their youth, and at the same time evokes the musical memories of many generations of audiences.
During the rehearsal, the two artists maintained a serious working spirit and focused on each performance. Sharing about the program, Cam Ly summarized it with the phrase "beautiful memories", when music is not only a performance but also a place to preserve the imprints of time.
Meanwhile, Lam Truong expressed many emotions when recalling the early days of his career, especially the song he sang duet with Cam Ly from 1996. The male singer said that returning to a familiar song after 30 years brings a lot of emotion, because the melody and youthful memories seem to be fully awakened.
He is also excited to know that there will be collaborations between generations of artists such as Khac Viet and Quoc Thien to perform songs associated with his name.
In addition to the two main vocalists, the program brings together many artists of different generations such as My Linh, Phuong Thanh, Watermelon band (Bang Kieu, Tuan Hung, Tu Dua), Pham Quynh Anh, Dong Nhi and Nguyen Tran Trung Quan.
The organizers said that the program structure will focus on "changes of hits" and mashups between many generations of singers. Familiar songs from the previous decade will be rearranged in diverse styles including Pop, R&B, Chill, Synthwave and Acoustic.
Live-concert "Vo ve thanh xuan" takes place on April 25, 2026 at My Dinh Athletics Palace, Hanoi. The general director is Hoang Cong Cuong, in collaboration with producer Vo Van Tam.
The performance space is built according to the idea of a "memory machine", using LED screen systems, visual effects and lighting to lead the story through each stage of music, creating a unified whole for the program.
