Ba Lanh in "Mother Sea" is a person with a special destiny, taking care of those around her. Ba Lanh's origin is a windy and stormy sea area. Ba Lanh is the embodiment of an upright, straightforward and loving woman.
Lily Chen added that she felt lucky to have a role that suited her. She was overjoyed when, as soon as she finished writing the script, the screenwriter contacted her immediately saying that there was a character very similar to the actress. When informed, Lily Chen participated in the casting and was lucky to be chosen.
“Whether it is Lieu from Mother Rom or Ba Lanh from Mother Bien, I feel the special fate of women in the family. I am someone who values humanity and love between people in life. Hopefully, Ba Lanh will receive the love of the audience like Lieu in Mother Rom”, Lily Chen confided.
