After a 7-month journey, from nearly 1,000 applications, through preliminary rounds and 6 reality TV episodes, the judges selected the top 39 to enter the semi-finals and finals.
In the final night, the top 39 excellent students went through the following competitions: ao dai performance, evening gown, youth intellectual voice competition, professional voice and behavioral competition.
Beauty Dang Quynh Anh from Hanoi Medical University won the title of Miss Student Vietnam 2024. She received a crown (bacharity hat), 250 million VND in cash, a commemorative medal, a full scholarship in Korea and gifts.
The title of 1st Runner-up belongs to student Nguyen Thi Phuong Thanh from Hanoi National University of Education, who received a prize of 200 million VND and gifts. Beauty Nguyen Viet Hoai Nam from the University of Finance - Marketing won the 2nd Runner-up title, received 150 million VND and gifts.
In addition, the organizing committee also awarded secondary prizes (each prize worth 50 million VND/prize): Most favorite female student (Le Ngoc Nhu Quynh, University of Foreign Languages - Hue University); Talented female student (Dao Le Uyen, Foreign Trade University, campus 2), Best ao dai performance female student (Nguyen Viet Hoai Nam, University of Finance - Marketing).

Pharmaceutical producer Tien awarded 933 scholarships with a total value of 933 million VND to students. At the final night, the producer also presented 5 foreign bookcases with a total value of 1 billion VND to the host training units.
