Artist and painter Pham Hong Minh interestingly combines a performance style that sublimates the audience's senses when witnessing the painting being expressed with graceful, soaring body dances, blending with the brilliant colors of sound, light and blazing fire to create a work of art.
After the blazing fire screen, a fire painting depicting the image of Da Nang city immediately appeared, completely conquering the audience in a spectacular way with endless applause.
Because of that priceless affection, this unique painting was immediately raised in price in the auction, and the total amount collected was about 63 million VND. The entire amount of this auction was donated to the SOS Da Nang fund.
Painter Pham Hong Minh is widely known to the public as a silent artist who breathes life into the art of performance painting. He is the creator of the first performance painting genre in Vietnam using materials such as fire, water, glitter, reverse painting, and luminous painting.
Different from traditional painting, performance painting takes place in a very special space. The stage is where the artist directly creates the paintings, not a small, private corner, nor a quiet space. It is a combination of lights, sounds, rhythms mixed with brush strokes and many, many eyes directly watching the painting performance that only lasts a few minutes.

After more than 12 years in the profession, Pham Hong Minh has a collection of prestigious awards from large and small competitions: Top 3 Vietnam's Got Talent 2013, champion of You have real talent 2015, setting a Vietnamese record to become the first Record holder - Stage performance painter in Vietnam.
It is known that on December 21, Painter Pham Hong Minh will appear as a special guest artist to perform live painting on stage at the Miss Charm international beauty contest to announce the top 3 of the contest.
