Before entering the semi-finals and finals, the Top 30 Miss Grand Vietnam 2026 went through many sub-competitions including The Grand Arrival, Grand Fashion Award, The Grand Chat, The English Grand Chat, Grand Talent Award and Best in Swimsuit. The results showed that many faces maintained stable form when they were continuously named in the categories.
In The Grand Arrival competition, 10 outstanding contestants include Phan Cam Nhi, Ho Thi Hoang Huyen, Mai Bao Han, Nguyen Thi Kim Anh, Nguyen Ngoc Phi Khanh, Trinh Yen Nhi, Vo Doan Bao Ha, Phan Le Kim Ngoc, Huynh Thi Ngoc Han and Do Tran Tue Anh. The winner will get a ticket to the final Top 20.
The Grand Fashion Award continues to honor 6 beauties including Emoura Pham, Ngo Bao Ngoc, Trinh Yen Nhi, Le Thi Trang, Nguyen Thi Diem Quyen and Mai Tram Anh. This is a competition to evaluate the performance skills and stage presence of the contestants.
Meanwhile, The Grand Chat and The English Grand Chat focus on communication, thinking and behavior. Do Tran Tue Anh, Phan Le Kim Ngoc, Nguyen Ngoc Phuong Thao and Truong Khanh Kieu Anh are the faces that made an impression in both categories. In particular, Truong Khanh Kieu Anh became the first contestant to win a sub-competition when winning The English Grand Chat.
The Grand Talent Award continues to witness the return of many familiar faces such as Phan Cam Nhi, Trinh Yen Nhi, Phan Le Kim Ngoc, Emoura Pham, Nguyen Ngoc Phuong Thao or Vo Doan Bao Ha. The winner in this category will also receive a spot directly into the Top 20.
In the Best in Swimsuit competition, the judges selected 5 nominees including Ngo Bao Ngoc, Trinh Yen Nhi, Le Thi Tuong Vy, Vo Doan Bao Ha and Tran Thi Thoa Thuong. These are the contestants who are rated the highest in terms of physique, demeanor and performance skills in swimwear.
After the series of performances, Trinh Yen Nhi and Phan Le Kim Ngoc are the two most outstanding contestants when they both participate in four categories. Followed by a group of contestants who have been named three times including Phan Cam Nhi, Do Tran Tue Anh, Nguyen Ngoc Phuong Thao, Emoura Pham, Ngo Bao Ngoc and Vo Doan Bao Ha.
