The filming ceremony accompanied the lion head label ceremony, marking the first milestone in the lion and dragon sport being made into a film as a top performing sport, closely associated with Vietnamese cultural identity.
According to the crew, the filming location was chosen in a space rich in traditional materials to emphasize the spirit of respecting the " core" of the profession. The label-making ceremony - lighting ceremony took place solemnly, as a wish for a smooth filming journey and a way for the film crew to express their respect for the art of lions and dragons.
Sharing about the message of the film, director Khoa Nguyen said that the film "The Power of the Heart" reflects typical conflicts of today's young people: the struggle between personal ego and family expectations, between following trends and preserving the origin. Tagline "Starting up, moving forward" is considered a declaration of the sportsmanship: daring to commit, daring to stumble and growing up through connection, teammates and family support.
To realistically recreate the world of professional dragon and lion athletes, young actors such as Vo Hoai Anh, Anh Tu Wilson, Thien Nhan go through a high-intensity physical training process with artisans and experts. The crew emphasized that actors must not only act but must " live" in the breath and endurance of a high-performance sport, where each move requires precision and absolute harmony.

The film also features veteran artists such as People's Artist Trinh Kim Chi, Meritorious Artist Vo Hoai Nam, along with a talented cast and other young faces. Actress Mai Thu Huyen also took on the role of production director, continuing to pursue the goal of spreading Vietnamese cultural values through cinema.
The project is professionally supported by the Vietnam snake and Dragon legends Federation and related training and research units. The Federation representative commented that lion and dragon is a top performing sport, requiring serious training and fair-play spirit, so the film crew coordinated closely to ensure that competition techniques, squads and sportsmanship were recreated in their true nature.
