The official teaser of "Getting Rich with Ghosts 2" opens with a humorous and mysterious scene: Mr. Nhan ( Meritorious Artist Hoai Linh) is taking wedding photos for the couple Dang (La Thanh) and Tien ( Diep Bao Ngoc), when a strange girl, wearing a T-shirt, suddenly appears in the camera. The whole crew panicked. After that, the character Con (Tuan Tran) discovered the body of actress Anh Thu (Ngoc Xuan) - who is said to have gone missing after an accident. What surprised everyone was that the "cream girl" in the photo frame was the ghost of this star.
From here, the series of strange events begins. Mr. Nhan and Tien rushed in to take the diamond ring worth 9 billion VND that was believed to be left by Anh Thu. Suddenly, the character Giang (Vo Tan Phat) appeared from underwater, took the body and ran away. After that, the group discovered that Mr. Nhay's camera had a special ability: connecting with Anh Thu's soul.
The ghost of Anh Thu warned that anyone who took the ring without permission would have to bear the curse. However, she also made a "true pact": the first person to bring her body back to her burial would be given this ring. From there, the strange and dramatic journey of the group of five people including Mr. Nhan, Con, Giang, and the Dang - Tien couple officially began.
According to statistics from Box Office Vietnam, the first part of the film excellently reached the revenue mark of 128 billion VND - an impressive number for a domestic work with spiritual and emotional colors.
Part 2 of the film is directed by Trung Lun, with the appearance of a cast of famous actors who are familiar to the general public such as: Meritorious Artist Hoai Linh, Tuan Tran, Diep Bao Ngoc, La Thanh, Thanh Thuc, Hua Minh Dat, Binh Hung, Hoang Phi, ...
