This is the second time Vietnam has organized a men's beauty pageant in the Manhunt International system - an arena for long-standing and prestigious men in the world. The last time the contest was held in Vietnam was nearly 20 years ago.
Manhunt Vietnam 2025 aims to find a representative of Vietnam to participate in Manhunt International 2026, while honoring the image of a modern man: brave, talented, inspiring and meeting international standards.
Candidates will go through 5 main rounds including fashion, style, sports, physique and behavior, along with many sub-competitions. The crowned person received a total prize value of more than 1 billion VND, including 200 million VND in cash along with special benefits and items for the new King.
As Vietnam's representative at Manhunt International 2025 and just won the 4th runner-up title, model Vu Linh shared that he hopes that the contestants participating this year will maintain a determined spirit, confidently exploit their strengths and work seriously. He said he will support and convey experiences for Vietnamese contestants to achieve the highest results in the international arena.
Mr. Chu Tan Van, President of the contest, said that in addition to choosing a representative of Vietnam to compete in Manhunt International, the Top 10 Manhunt Vietnam 2025 also has the opportunity to participate in other international men's beauty contests that the unit owns the copyright. Regarding the possibility of bringing Manhunt International to Vietnam as host, he said that it is necessary to wait until the final match held in Sri Lanka in May 2026. If the trailer introducing Vietnam is published, Vietnam can host it in 2027.
At the press conference, the Organizing Committee also introduced the coronation rights, along with the diamond ring set for the Top 5.
Founded in 1993, Manhunt International is one of the three largest men's beauty pageants in the world, along with Mr World and Mr International. Vietnam first participated in 2002 with the representative being actor - supermodel Binh Minh. The highest achievement belongs to Ngoc Tinh with the title of King in 2017; in 2025, Vietnam will win 4th runner-up with contestant Vu Linh.
The final night will take place on the evening of December 16 in Dong Nai.
