In the opening round, the contestants introduced and performed their own evening gowns. Yen Nhi appeared in an eye-catching design by designer Thuong Gia Ky. The dress is elaborately embellished with sparkling fringe details, enhancing the figure and creating a moving effect. The backwards curled hair layout, red lipstick and confident demeanor helped her receive many compliments. In particular, all makeup and hairdressing steps are done by Yen Nhi herself, showing initiative and proficiency when participating in international arenas.
On stage, the Dak Lak beauty strode gracefully, shouting proudly "Nguyen Thi Yen Nhi - Miss Grand Vietnam". Her attractive charisma and steady stage presence help her stand out, not inferior to other representatives.

Immediately afterwards, Yen Nhi and international contestants performed in traditional Thai costumes prepared by the organizing committee. The representative of Vietnam chose the main purple - yellow tone, combined with the crown "Solara Aurelia - Hong Nhat Kim Quang", bringing a sense of pride and nobility. This is her second time wearing Thai cultural costumes, after attracting attention in a green outfit by designer Khang Trinh on the first day of coming to Bangkok.
Sharing after the event, Yen Nhi said she was surprised to receive great affection from foreign audiences: At first, I was worried because I appeared right behind the Venezuelan representative, but when I stepped out, I heard a lot of chants of Vietnam. That moment made me extremely excited. This love helped her be affectionately called by Thai fans with the nickname "Nong Yen".
The semi-finals will take place on October 15, while the final round of Miss Grand International 2025 is scheduled to be held on October 18 in Hua Hin, Thailand.
