It is known that the fair is chaired by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, in coordination with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Hanoi People's Committee, the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance, the Department of Trade Promotion in coordination with the Central New Rural Coordination Office and the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade.
The fair marks an important development step in efforts to promote international trade for Vietnamese OCOP products.
This year's event brings together nearly 200 enterprises, cooperatives and production facilities with about 300 booths, introducing thousands of typical OCOP products from 34 provinces and cities across the country.
The highlight in 2025 is the presence of international booths from Laos, Peru, and Cambodia, along with the presence of trade organizations and importers from many potential markets.

This not only enriches the fair's content but also opens up many opportunities for exchange, learning and finding partners for Vietnamese businesses.
Some notable activities will take place in Hanoi in turn "Hanoi City OCOP Product Export Promotion goals", the Conference "Connecting the supply and demand of raw materials for the handicraft industry between Hanoi and the Northern provinces" and the Forum "Hanoi handicraft Products - Opportunities and challenges".
Notably, the "Hanoi City OCOP Export Promotion Showroom" promises to attract many customers to visit and shop. The products displayed here are carefully selected, not only ensuring high quality, but also focusing on packaging designs, product stories and the ability to meet international standards.
Many key products and specialties of Hanoi will be present such as: Me Tri Com, Ba Vi Milk, turmeric starch, cinnamon, along with high-end handicrafts such as My Duc silk, Phu Vinh rattan and bamboo weaving, Quat Dong embroidery paintings, Bat Trang ceramics, Son Tay glass paintings, Thuy Ung horn Hammer, Ha Thai lacquer paintings ...
This is an opportunity not only for domestic consumers to experience and choose quality products, but also an opportunity for OCOP entities to connect directly with international partners such as foreign trade representatives, export promotion organizations, and major distribution channels from markets such as Japan, Korea, Europe and the US.

Participating in the "Hanoi OCOP product export promotion booth", businesses and OCOP entities in Hanoi have the opportunity to receive advice and support to connect with distributors, large supermarket systems, international e-commerce platforms, as well as update information on technical standards, packaging regulations, labels and necessary certifications to access foreign markets.
In addition, the Conference "Connecting the supply and demand of input materials for the handicraft industry between Hanoi and the northern provinces" will be an opportunity for production facilities and traditional craft villages to seek stable, high-quality raw materials, thereby improving production capacity and product design to meet export requirements.
The forum "Hanoi handicrafts - Opportunities and challenges" with the participation of experts, managers, businesses and representatives of trade promotion organizations will share experiences, global consumption trends and sustainable development orientations for the handicraft industry - one of Hanoi's typical strengths in the OCOP program.
The "Over-commune One Product (OCOP)" program is a major policy of the Government to promote the potential and advantages of localities, creating momentum for sustainable rural economic development.
