The Spring Fair is one of the annual trade promotion activities, held on the occasion of Lunar New Year to continue implementing programs and activities in response to the Campaign for Vietnamese people to prioritize using Vietnamese goods.
The fair takes place from January 9 to January 14 at the Da Nang Exhibition Fair Center (Cam Le District) with a scale of more than 250 booths, 185 units and enterprises from 20 provinces and cities nationwide including Cao Bang, Hanoi, Hue, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City...
The products and services displayed and introduced at the fair are rich and diverse, including many types of food, fashion, interior and exterior decoration, OCOP products, handicrafts, traditional craft village products, regional specialties, electrical and electronic equipment, etc.
This is the third time within the framework of the Spring Fair there is an area to display and introduce OCOP products, typical of Da Nang city.
In addition, many booths actively organize livestreams to promote their brands, expand product consumption markets and serve people's shopping needs during the Lunar New Year.
To stimulate shopping, the stalls apply many promotional programs such as discounts, lucky draws, gifts... for customers who come to visit and shop.
Speaking at the opening ceremony on the evening of January 9, Ms. Do Thi Quynh Tram - Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade of Da Nang City said that the 2025 Spring Fair is expected to continue to be a destination for businesses and consumers, a place for exchange, trade, shopping and entertainment in the days before the Lunar New Year.
“The fair contributes to effectively implementing solutions to stabilize the market, stimulate consumption to increase purchasing power, and encourage businesses to improve production and business capacity to create and develop a sustainable domestic market,” said Ms. Tram.
In addition, within the framework of the fair, many units coordinated to organize the program "Charity Sales to Raise Funds for Spring At Ty - 2025" to raise funds to support children in difficult circumstances at Da Nang Maternity and Pediatrics Hospital and other less fortunate circumstances.
