Preserving banh chung and banh tet
Banh chung and banh tet are traditional dishes that are indispensable during each Tet holiday of Vietnamese people. To store banh chung, you can leave it in the refrigerator. However, many people are concerned that this will make the cake hard.
If the weather is too hot, it is necessary to store it in the refrigerator. When taking banh chung out to eat, you need to steam, boil or fry it again before serving. If the cake is moldy or has a sour smell, you should not eat it because it can affect your health.
Preserving winter meat
