Appearing on the show, Kha Han shared what her child wanted: "Whenever I am punished, parents should handle it gently, not too harshly." Talking about making her mother angry, Kha Han said: "I watch movies and yell upstairs, but downstairs I sell things and my mother hears too much noise so she scolds me." She shared the climax: "There was a time when I climbed up to the cabinet to get something and broke it. A month later, I found out that my mother beat me so much."
According to Kha Han, her parents' anger was reasonable, she saw herself as "naughty". Confiding in MC Hoang Oanh, Kha Han said: "Because at those times I also wanted to try to see if anything would happen, if not then fine, if not then I would be punished".
Kha Han’s mother, Tieu Phuong, said that Kha Han is a girl but is quite stubborn, hyperactive, and likes thrills when playing. She said: “For example, when riding a bicycle, other people ride normally, but Kha Han pedals really fast and then the wheels drag.”
Kha Han said that both her parents scolded her, but she did not share her wishes with them because she felt shy. What Kha Han feared most during those naughty times was that her parents would beat her. According to Kha Han, she was scolded more than her older brother at home because she was more naughty and "more naughty" than her older brother.
On the program What I Want to Say, Ms. Tieu Phuong revealed for the first time about her lovely daughter's condition: "When I was 5 months pregnant with her, the ultrasound doctor said that the baby had a segment of intestine that was hyperluminescent. In case one, she would have Down syndrome, and in case two, she would have intestinal damage. In Kha Han's case, she had intestinal damage. At that time, the doctor advised her to abort because she was not sure if she could keep the baby, and her intestines would be damaged at birth. If she were to be raised, her intestines would be removed, and when she grew up, the consequences would follow her for the rest of her life.
As a mother, when I saw my baby's face on the ultrasound, I couldn't bear to give up the baby. In the end, I still decided to give birth to the baby. On the first day, the baby had to be hospitalized in the emergency room. At that time, the baby only had a 10% chance of survival. At that time, I only prayed for one thing: that my baby would live. Later, when the baby grew up, whether it was beautiful or ugly, appearance, or education, was no longer important. When the baby was healthy, I was very grateful for life."
Through her mother's confession, Kha Han felt: "I am very lucky because my mother did not abandon me."
